1. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM PST (business days) → ship same day
• Orders after cutoff / weekends → next business day
• You’ll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation with tracking

Note:
During high volume periods, processing may take 2–3 days

Orders flagged for fraud may be delayed

2. Domestic Shipping

We ship across all U.S. states.

Shipping Options:

• FedEx Expedited (2-5 Business Days) : $14.99  or FREE over $200
• FedEx Overnight (Next Business Day): $49.99

Notes:

• Delivery time starts after shipping (not order date)
• P.O. Boxes supported (USPS only)
• APO/FPO supported

3. Order Tracking

• Tracking sent via email after shipping
• Updates may take 24–48 hours

If tracking doesn’t move:

• Domestic: contact after 5 days
• International: contact after 15 days

3. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

• Wait 24 hours
• Check neighbors / surroundings
• Contact carrier

Still missing?

• Contact us within 7 days

Incorrect Address

• Contact us immediately
• Once shipped → cannot change

Returned package:

• You pay reshipping OR
• Get product-only refund

Undeliverable Packages

• Refunded (product only)
• Shipping deducted

5. Return Eligibility

Eligible:

• Within 30 days
• Unopened & unused
• Original packaging intact
• Damaged/defective items

Not Eligible:

• Opened or used items
• Returns after 30 days
• Final sale items
• No RMA number
• Gift cards
• Misused/damaged products

No RMA = No Return

6. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Request Return

Contact us with:

• Order number
• Item details
• Reason

Step 2: Package Items

• Use original packaging
• Include order confirmation
• Write RMA on package

Step 3: Ship Return

• Use trackable shipping
• Customer pays shipping (unless our fault)

Step 4: Inspection

• Takes 2–3 business days

Step 5: Refund / Exchange

• Refund: 5–10 days
• Exchange: shipped within 1–2 days

7. Refunds

• Issued to original payment method
• Shipping not refunded (unless our error)

If free shipping was applied:

• Shipping cost may be deducted

Refund delay?
→ Check with your bank first

8. Exchanges

• Allowed for same/lower value items
• Higher value → place new order

Notes:

• Subject to availability
• Customer pays return shipping
• Ships in 1–2 days after approval

9. Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 7 days with photos.

We will:

• Replace item OR
• Give full refund (including shipping)

We cover return shipping.
